My stay at the hotel was like a scene out of a horror movie. Despite being met with unhelpful management at check-in and experiencing a lack of directions to my room, the location and smoked-in elevators added to the overall unpleasant experience. However, the organic pulled pork was a dining highlight and the facilities were adequate.
On the positive side, the hotel's facilities were well-maintained, and the dining experience offered the freshest fish.
The hotel had some issues like a bed bug infestation in the rooms and lack of clear directions from the management. However, the service was unsatisfactory with a manager displaying a bad attitude. The location had drawbacks like smoked-in elevators from the '60s-70s. Despite these setbacks, I appreciated the effort put into providing vegetarian dishes in the dining experience and the facilities were decent.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located within the court system and accessible by the bellboy/security. However, I experienced a strong smell in the smoked-in elevators which was a downside. The Italian products at this location were a nice touch.
The location is in the 60's-70's and the dining provides delicious salads.
